Participation rules & exclusions
Who can participate: Adults ages 18–65, inclusive, at challenge registration, with qualifying paid-active OptimalMD membership through SvelteRX. Challenge participation is separate from clinical eligibility for any treatment.
Participants ages 18–29 remain eligible to enter and win. A top-three winner who will be under 30 at travel receives an alternative getaway of equal value for which they meet the age requirements, instead of the Puerto Plata certificate. The Puerto Plata package is available to winners who meet its age-at-travel requirement of 30–75 and its other certificate conditions. Age does not change the judging score or remove a qualifying younger winner from the top three.
Puerto Plata certificate requirements: the named traveler must be 30–75 at travel, a legal U.S. or Canadian resident (excluding Quebec), have household income of at least $50,000 a year and a valid major credit card. The first-time-visitor offer and its booking conditions apply. SvelteRX covers the required hotel activation and resort charges for this grand prize; winners pay airfare and other personal travel expenses. These requirements apply to the Puerto Plata certificate, not to joining OptimalMD. Winners under 30 receive the equal-value, age-eligible alternative described in these rules. The 200-account threshold starts the challenge; it is not a limit on the number of eligible participants. Eligible members choose whether to enter. SvelteRX manually verifies enrollment dates, referral attribution and paid-active status.

There is no minimum participation duration or required amount of weight loss. Register and submit your starting evidence, follow-up evidence and story by the published deadline. A shorter participation period does not disqualify an otherwise eligible entrant.

Before launch, the schedule moves forward by one calendar month for each additional month needed to reach 200 qualifying paid-active membership accounts. April 2027 is the earliest announcement month; thereafter, the announcement month is four calendar months after the month the threshold is verified. Supporting material is due on the 15th of that month, and registration closes at the same deadline. Deadlines are 11:59 p.m. U.S. Central time; winners are scheduled to be announced at noon Central on the last day of the month.
The published dates become fixed when the challenge launches. Later membership-count changes do not restart or extend an active challenge. There is no 200-person entry limit. Membership eligibility, funding and the final rules still apply.
Founding members count from their qualifying start
The first 200 members are not left out. Members who opt in may receive recognition for participation from their qualifying enrollment date, including time before the threshold is reached, under the published rules. For example, an eligible September enrollee could have that earlier participation recognized if the threshold is reached in November. Buying a membership is not automatic entry or a guaranteed prize.
Only eligible membership purchases through SvelteRX’s OptimalMD enrollment link (KEVIN10), verified by SvelteRX, qualify during the published enrollment window. An advertisement, video or other channel may bring you to SvelteRX; it does not replace the required enrollment link. Purchases through another representative’s link do not qualify for this SvelteRX challenge. Members must separately sign up for the challenge and submit the required material. Later entrants may participate until the published cutoff. Existing members who enrolled through SvelteRX / KEVIN10 may enter, including the founding members enrolled before launch. SvelteRX verifies their actual enrollment date and continuous paid-active status. Their qualifying participation begins no earlier than both their verified membership start and authentic dated starting evidence; no minimum number of participation days is required before the evidence deadline. Longer participation does not automatically earn more judging points.
Keep your membership paid and active
Participants must maintain continuous paid-active OptimalMD membership from their qualifying participation start through winner verification and award issuance. If the membership ends or lapses during that period, prize eligibility is forfeited. Rejoining does not automatically restore eligibility.
Verification uses actual paid-through records and applicable payment grace periods. A cancellation request is not treated as a lapse before coverage actually ends. Participants can correct a records error. SvelteRX verifies eligibility before issuing awards. This membership requirement ends at award issuance; it does not continue until a later vacation date.
Stories, selection and honest participation
This promotion recognizes personal stories, not the greatest or fastest weight loss. GLP-1 use, a prescription, a positive review or a particular health outcome is not required. Starting and follow-up photos are required as private supporting material. Public use requires separate, explicit permission; entry does not grant advertising rights to the images. Use the private photo/story submission page with your registration reference and private access key. Only authorized SvelteRX staff can review submitted material. Staff can remove photos and stories upon a verified request; see the submission page for retention and deletion information.
Three grand-prize recipients receive the Puerto Plata package or the age-eligible alternative described above; 22 other qualifying participants receive participation awards. Staff use the judging criteria and tie-breaks below. The next 22 verified eligible entrants in the ranking receive participation awards; the three grand-prize winners are not counted again in this tier. Duplicate or fabricated entries and misuse of another person’s photos are not permitted. SvelteRX will verify eligibility before issuing an award.
Entry and judging process
Staff judging method. When challenge registration opens, first register within SvelteRX with your name and email, and choose whether to give separate optional publication permission. Keep your registration reference, then follow the SvelteRX enrollment guide to OptimalMD. SvelteRX will later attach and verify your membership reference, enrollment date, purchase attribution and paid-active status. Do not submit medical records or payment-card details in the registration form.
At entry, provide a dated starting photo and a short personal goal. By the evidence deadline, provide a dated follow-up photo and a reflection describing actions, consistency, obstacles and what was learned. Earlier members may use authentic dated starting material from their qualifying paid-active membership period. Staff verifies the dates; without verifiable earlier material, their baseline begins when starting evidence is recorded. No fabricated or AI-altered progress evidence. Public photo use requires separate permission.
100-point judging rubric: 40 points for documented consistency in personally appropriate habits; 30 for progress toward the participant’s stated non-extreme goals relative to their starting point; 20 for a thoughtful account of obstacles and learning; 10 for clear, complete supporting evidence. Pounds lost, appearance, medication use, praise of the product and social-media popularity do not determine scores.
SvelteRX staff will review participant records, dated starting and follow-up photos, and supporting stories using the published scoring criteria. Staff will check membership attribution, enrollment date and paid-active status separately. Reviewers with a personal conflict will not score that entry. Ties are resolved by consistency, then goal progress, then an additional staff review. The three verified eligible entrants with the highest final scores receive a grand-prize getaway, with the age-eligible alternative applying to winners under 30 at travel. Private evidence is used for judging; permission to publish it remains a separate choice.
Membership duration alone does not win a prize. The 15th-of-the-month submission deadline leaves time for judging and eligibility checks before the month-end announcement. Entry remains open through the supporting-material deadline. The announcement countdown does not extend the deadline to enter or submit evidence.
What the travel award does—and does not—include
Receiving and using your reward: After winner verification, each winner will receive their accommodation certificate. Activate it within 7 days of receiving it, then complete your travel within 18 months of activation, subject to the certificate’s booking terms and availability. These are separate from the April contest deadlines. Hotel Savings Cards have their own redemption terms. Dining-discount certificates belong only to domestic participation packages and have separate redemption terms.
The selected offer is Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic: six days and five nights, described as all-inclusive. SvelteRX covers the required package charges described in the prize terms. Winners pay their own airfare.
The stay is subject to the confirmed certificate’s guest limits, included meals and drinks, traveler requirements, booking conditions, and available properties and dates. Extra rooms, additional family members, passports, transfers, excursions, personal spending and any taxes or costs not expressly included remain the traveler’s responsibility. Photos are destination inspiration, not guaranteed participating hotels or included sightseeing.
Hotel Savings Cards are restricted savings products, not cash. Restaurant-discount certificates are reserved for domestic participation packages and are not included in the Puerto Plata grand prizes. Each grand-prize winner also receives a $500 Hotel Savings Card, subject to its redemption terms. The certificate’s age, residency and other redemption requirements apply.

25 award recipients in total
The top three receive the six-day, five-night Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic accommodation grand prize, with an equal-value, age-eligible alternative getaway for winners under 30 at travel. Another 22 qualifying participants receive participation awards. The three grand-prize recipients are included in the total of 25.
The 22 participation recipients receive awards selected by SvelteRX from domestic getaway certificates, hotel savings cards or dining-discount certificates. Award types and denominations vary; no identical package or fixed dollar amount is promised for this tier. Certificate restrictions and redemption costs apply and will be supplied with each award. These are separate from the three grand prizes.
Dining-discount certificates are reserved for participants receiving U.S. travel packages, separate from the three Puerto Plata grand prizes. Certificate denominations and redemption terms will be included with the domestic award details.
The membership goes beyond GLP-1: virtual care, eligible medications and lab tests, mental-health support, care coordination and, depending on the plan, virtual veterinary consultations and discounted pet prescriptions. Hormone care and other programs may have their own requirements or charges. Peptide information is educational; current availability is not promised. Your registration reference lets SvelteRX later match your membership, start date and paid-active status. Your entry remains pending until membership and eligibility are verified; registration does not guarantee a prize.
After registration, save your receipt and private access key for starting and follow-up submissions.
Your photos and story stay private for judging
After registering, download your receipt with its registration reference and private submission key. Continue to OptimalMD through the SvelteRX enrollment guide. Once SvelteRX staff verifies your referred paid-active membership, your private upload record opens.
Submit an authentic dated starting photo and a short personal goal. By the published evidence deadline, submit a dated follow-up photo and reflection about your actions, consistency, obstacles and what you learned. Progress updates between those two submissions are optional. Required starting and final evidence is checked by staff; a saved upload is not automatic qualification.
You can send up to two photos per submission, along with your story. Use clothed photos of yourself; do not include other people, medical records, IDs or payment information. Save your receipt and keep the access key private. If you lose it, staff can replace it after verifying your identity.
These submissions are private and do not authorize public posting. Only authorized staff can review them. The submission page explains retention, correction and deletion requests; public-sharing permission remains separate.
Share your story, only if you choose
After the challenge, this page can remain as a record of the winners and participant stories shared with permission. We will publish names, photos or stories only within each person’s separately signed release. You choose the public display name, if you authorize one.
Sharing is optional. Declining publication does not affect your entry, judging or prize. Private supporting evidence is not permission to publish it. A published winner story will identify the award received; you do not have to give a positive review.
