Send your starting photo and personal goal, progress updates, or your final photo and reflection. Uploads open after SvelteRX staff verifies your referred paid-active membership. These materials are private judging evidence. They are not published automatically.

Find both in the registration copy you downloaded. Keep your access key private. If you lose it, contact SvelteRX through the contact page; staff must verify your identity before helping.

How these materials are handled
Authorized SvelteRX staff can review these materials alongside your registration and verified membership record. They are kept for judging, award verification and resolving related requests or disputes, then deleted when no longer needed. Staff can delete your private photos and story upon a verified request, subject to any necessary dispute or legal retention. A limited submission and deletion record remains with your registration. Contact SvelteRX to request access, correction or deletion. Deleting required evidence before judging may leave your entry incomplete. Public-sharing permission is separate.
