Save your challenge registration before enrolling in OptimalMD. SvelteRX will give you a reference and later verify your referred paid-active membership. Registration alone does not confirm eligibility or guarantee a prize.

The challenge launches at 200 qualifying active memberships. That is a launch threshold, not a limit on participants. The published rules explain the submission deadline; there is no minimum participation duration.

Who can participate: Adults ages 18–65, inclusive, at challenge registration, with qualifying paid-active OptimalMD membership through SvelteRX. Challenge participation is separate from clinical eligibility for any treatment.

Top-three winners under 30 at travel receive an equal-value, age-eligible alternative getaway.

Accepting the rules also includes their Facebook and Instagram promotion-release provision. Your information goes to SvelteRX; permission for public sharing remains optional.

How this registration is used and stored

SvelteRX uses your name, email, registration reference and consent choices to administer Healthier Days and match the membership you later enroll in through KEVIN10. Authorized SvelteRX administrators can review this record and add verified membership dates/status. This form does not enroll you in OptimalMD or create marketing subscriptions. Do not submit photos, medical records or payment details here. Contact hello@svelterx.com with your reference for access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal requests. Registration data is stored privately with Cloudflare and retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer participation, resolve requests or disputes, and document consent, consistent with the SvelteRX privacy policy. Public sharing is optional and recorded separately.
