Seven steps, start to finish

Read all seven once before you continue. Steps 2 through 6 should happen in one sitting. Step 7 can happen after your account is fully active.

Step 1

Have the essentials ready

Make sure you are ready with your phone, email, payment card, and five uninterrupted minutes.

Step 2

Choose the Family Plan

Purchase the $149 monthly Family Plan, which covers up to seven people.

Step 3

Find the setup email

Find the setup email, but do not use the registration link yet. Check Spam or Junk if it is missing.

Step 4

Download the free app

Download the free OptimalMD app from the App Store or Google Play, but do not open it yet.

Step 5

Finish your registration

Return to the email registration link, then create and securely save your username and password.

Step 6

Log in to your dashboard

Open the app, tap Log In, and reach your dashboard immediately.

Step 7

Open the Weight Loss section

After logging in, open the Weight Loss section at the bottom of the app and follow the prompts to get started. Medical approval is not guaranteed.

If approved, the GLP-1 program is currently $199 per approved member when code OMD is used, in addition to the $149 Family Plan. The combined amount is $348 when both charges are due; the membership renews monthly and the semaglutide injection option every four weeks. Review the billing schedule before purchase. If you are not approved, you do not pay the additional GLP-1 program charge.
